What is included in the facility rental? Use of the facility includes up to 7,000 sq. ft. of banquet space, tables, chairs, room arrangement, access to our serving kitchen for your food and beverages, access to bridal/executive suite, portable bar(s), insurance coverage and use of our lush grounds with gazebo, lawn chairs, and picnic tables.

How many people can Eastgate Parke & Pavilion accommodate? Up to 300 people for your event. If event is larger than 300 people, we can make arrangements to accomodate up to as many as 425 people. Please call a representative to discuss logistics.

Do you have a place for both a ceremony and reception? Yes. Our lush ¼-acre tree-lined grounds are perfect for wedding ceremonies, outdoor events and more and our indoor facility can host a ceremony, banquet or both if you prefer.

How many hours does the room rental cover? Depending on your needs and the availability of space through current bookings, the facility can be rented in 1/2 –day (6 hours) or full-day (12 hours) increments. Keep in mind that Eastgate Parke & Pavilion closes at 1 a.m. and the normal booking blocks are 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. – 12 p.m. Extra hours can be rented at the beginning of the morning block and the end of the evening block for an additional fee.

Is there a separate meeting room for changing or executive meetings? Yes, we have a bridal/executive suite that is included in the rental fee that can be used for many needs.

How do I make a reservation? You can submit your information through our contact page or by calling 702-565-1277. At the time of the reservation, a deposit will be required to guarantee the space. Your balance will be due 60 days prior to the event. If your event is scheduled with less than 60 days’ notice, the entire amount will be due at the time of your reservation.

What is the layout of the room and how many people can sit per table? The space is very flexible and the room can be set up in many different layouts depending on the needs of the event. Most receptions are set up with round tables that seat 8-10 people comfortably.

How big is the dance floor? We provide a 12’ x 12’ dance floor and can increase the size if needed for an additional charge.

Does Eastgate Parke & Pavilion allow live music? And if so, is there proper spacing, wiring, and equipment? We do allow live music however, you will need to have the band technician preview the space to ensure there is proper wiring, etc.

Do you provide linens? Tablecloths are not included in your Package. We can recommend a number of preferred caterers and/or party rental companies to assist you with additional lines and décor.

Can I decorate the room? A gazebo and arch is included in your package. You are free to bring in additional decorations, including centerpieces, flowers, balloons, props, draping and more.

Are there any restrictions regarding candles? Due to City Fire Code, open flames are not allowed.

Can I bring my own caterer or do I have to purchase my catering from you? We do allow you to bring in your own food & beverages, use your own caterer or use one of our preferred caterers.

Does my caterer need a license? Your hired caterer does need to have a City of Henderson business license, as well as all catering licenses. If you are hiring them to provide alcohol as well, all liquor licenses are required.

What if my family and/or friends provide the food and alcohol? As long as no payment is made for their services, no licenses are required. All laws covering underage drinking are enforced.

Will my deposit be returned to me in the event of a cancellation? Events cancelled in writing with more than 90 days of notice are fully refundable. In the event that a cancellation occurs within that 90-day window, you will be subject to a cancellation fee which is outlined in your contract. Events cancelled with less than 30 days’ notice are subject to forfeiture of all monies paid.

Can I pay by check? Checks are accepted as long as your event is more than three weeks away. Cash and credit/debit cards are always welcome.
